Description: A tall, wiry boy, he has long, brown hair reaching to the middle of his back, tied back out of his face. Has brown eyes, olive colored skin, and a clean shaven face. Quiet, often shy, and hard to notice at times. Wears a loose, comfortable shirt and long, tan pants. Also wears a pair of small glasses, and carries a messenger bag, in which he keeps his painting tools, flute, paper, and a small, tabby kitten, by the name of Figaro. As a witch, he can use the second, dark green fire, and relies on runes and charms over his water magic. He has a modest healing ability, and is skilled in fighting, but dislikes using it, instead disabling and disarming his opponents when he must fight.
History: Quill lived a fairly ordinary life with his parents and older brother and sister, hiding the witch abilities that were emerging from his friends, family, and teachers, until he suspended a bully over a bowl full of boiling toilet water, using a levitation rune. After that, he was sent to live with his father's aunt, who, he learned, was also a witch. She taught him what she knew, and sent him off to Ossidan, where he now lives, fairly undetected, in an attic of the castle.
Weapons: He wields a dirk, as well as a short sword breaker, carrying the first in a sheath hanging by his shoulder from the messenger bag's strap, the other is sewn to the bag itself.
